Gets all cardholders, with optional filters. All query paramters are conjunctive.

Filters results by one of these statuses:
0 Pending 1 Approved 2 Compliance Decline 3 Under Review 4 Draft 5 Deleted 6 Error 7 Admin Decline
Note: 0 is a transitional state between other statuses.

A Unix timestamp in seconds. Returns only cardholders created before the specified end date and time. If not provided, a default value of the current timestamp will be applied.

A Unix timestamp in seconds. Returns only cardholders created after the specified start date and time. If not provided, a default value of the current timestamp less 90 days will be applied.

Defaults to 50

Limits the number of results. If not provided, a limit of 50 will be applied. The maximum allowed limit is 200.

Specifies the number of rows to skip before starting to return results.
