Creates a short-lived listener to capture one-time passcodes (OTP) to authenticate cardholder not present (CNP) transactions for a cardId registered on the 3-D Secure (3-DS) protocol. 3-DS is provided through Verified by Visa using the cardholder authentication verification value (CAVV), and through ID Check by Mastercard using the accountholder authentication value (AAV).

Only a card that has a status of 1 (active) can be registered for 3-DS using this endpoint. There is an option in this endpoint to add a webhookUrl for processing callback notifications whenever a 3-DS OTP is received.
