Creates a new wallet. This endpoint automatically generates the wallet's unique walletId, which is used to systematically segregate the wallet's funds and for inbound and outbound transaction processing.

Wallets may be used for corporate accounts, organizations, departments, families, or to categorize or organize certain cardholders, for example.

Once activated, funds can be deposited to and held in the wallet, and transferred within the closed loop to other wallets or cards.
